Joseph Chung, Creative Director, Founder
Joseph Chung is a creative director and a founder of JC-DC. Joe graduated from Univ. of Michigan with a graphic design degree in 03 and briefly attended Master of Architecture at Michigan. As a result of his graphic training and experience as a student of architecture, he developed a keen eye for successful integration in both professions.
Later, Joe worked as a Jr. Art Director at Valenti Advertising working directly under Mike Valenti, a former Leo Burnett creative director. Joe became an avid advertising junkie, and later found JC-DC where he works closely with clients to build the better brand. Joe has a passion for taking small to midsize businesses to take the next step by implementing branding elements to their business. With a branding in mind, Joe has a developed a practical system for small to midsize businesses to compete against bigger and more resourceful competitors. Joe's clients include hundreds of architects and interior designers, a TV show host, one of the largest privately-owned structural engineering companies in the U.S, one of the biggest psychotherapy / psychoanalytic institution in the U.S, and many more.
Joe loves to watch movies, play bass guitar, walk with his dogs, and talks Michigan football 24/7. He is married with no children, and openly admits he has a man crush on Tom Brady, his former classmate at Michigan.
